Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 pint heavy Cream
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 4 Table Spoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • dash of white peppe
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan,
heat to near boiling
reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes

This is my son's favorite dinner. We like to serve it over fettuccine pasta
with chicken cooked on the grill and garlic bread.
If you ever run into me and I smell like garlic,
it's probably fettuccine alfredo night.
