Cheese Dollars by Mary Swisher April 2006

1 box Pie Crust Mix (for 2 crusts) 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 teaspoon Oregano 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt

mix all ingredients together
shape into one inch balls
place on ungreased cookie sheet
bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes

This started as my Children's very favorite snack food, but now
we included it will all Italian dinners, such as Spaghetti, Lasagna, etc.
